Tabesh’s research interests include the Nuclear Waste (legal and ethical measures, storage and maintenance, and new facilities), Islam in Americas, Muslim History in North America, Immigration, Diaspora, and US History (WWII to contemporary era).
Tabesh is a doctoral student working under the guidance of Professor Sean Malloy. After working many years in the corporate world, he returned to college and earned a B.A. and M.A. in History from California State University Sacramento. He has worked as a teacher’s assistant for various scholars in East Asia, California and US History. He has been involved with many social and civic causes.
