To submit an IHGG form, please complete the required information in each section, upload a file, and press the submit button. A confirmation page will follow.
Please note that all IHGG forms (i.e., Statement of Academic Standing) are available on the Forms & Documents webpage. Each form has a specific deadline.
To ensure your file is properly recorded, please make sure to rename your file to this name convention before submitting: Name of Form_LastName.FirstName (Ex: "Language Examination Report_Doe.John")
